Sharing Folders with Mail Only Users

Overview

You may have chosen to set up your account with just one Workplace member (usually the Clerk).  Folders can be shared with non-Workplace users.

Method 1


1. In the Mailbox (either in the app or in the browser) go to the group of 9 dots in the top right hand corner.

2. Select WorkDrive from the available apps.  This will open up a new window.

3. When the window opens it will offer you the choice to contact your organisation administrator to be added (this would involve getting a paid licence)  or "create a personal account". Select "create a personal account".  This will use the details from your Mail Account so there's no need to input anything.

4. Select "Shared with me" over on the right hand side to view the shared files:
 

Method 2

Alternatively, you may want to share a link which the user can use to go to that file without setting up a WorkPlace Account.  They will need to save this link which they can do by saving it as a favourite in their browser or just by saving the email containing the link.
