Overview
The WorkDrive Admin Panel can be used to get an overview of your organisations WorkDrive. This includes features such as checking the overall storage of the organisation, whether members are storing files in My Folders rather than in Team Folders and checking who the members of your WorkDrive organisation are.

You'll only have access to this if you are an admin.
Method
- To get into the admin panel, from your WorkDrive go to the Admin Console.

- On the dashboard you can view whether members of your organisation are using My Folders. If you don't want people using this, you can let them know that they should be saving all files to Team Folders.

- You can set storage limits so that users are restricted to the amount of file storage they have available in My Files - this can be set to zero, but a warning will appear every time anyone goes to save a file in WorkDrive.

The warning message will show in Zoho WorkDrive

And a warning message will appear; just get your members to click "not now" and save to a shared file location.
