Overview

If you're a MailLite user but your Clerk (or other member of your organisation) has been upgraded to Workplace, you can still use the WorkDrive App to view folders which have been shared with you.

Method

  1. In the Mailbox (this can either be done in the app on Windows or will need to be done through Zoho Mail on a browser)  go to the group of 9 dots in the top right hand corner.

2. Select WorkDrive from the available apps.  This will open up a new window.

3. When the window opens it will offer you the choice to contact your organisation administrator to be added (this would involve getting a paid licence)  or "create a personal account". Select "create a personal account".  This will use the details from your Mail Account so there's no need to input anything.

4. Select "Shared with me" over on the right hand side to view the shared files:
