Overview
Zoho WorkDrive is a cloud-based file management and collaboration platform designed for teams and organisations.
Key Features
WorkDrive provides file storage. This can either be for a single user or can be Team Folder system. These folders are accessible to team members based on permissions, allowing centralised access to shared files.
- You can set permissions for each user or group — view, edit, comment, upload, or manage. This ensures files are only accessible or editable by the right people.
- WorkDrive has desktop apps (for Windows and macOS) that allow you to sync files between your computer and the cloud. There's also a TrueSync feature that lets you work with files without taking up local storage.
- You can share documents via links; these can be password-protected or expiry-dated links if required.
- Multiple users can work on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations simultaneously using Zoho’s Office Suite (Writer, Sheet, and Show). Changes are saved in real-time, and version history is maintained.
