How often is my email and cloud storage backed up on your system?

Our email and cloud office solutions are provided through our technology partner, Zoho.

The system is continuously backed-up rather than on a schedule, meaning that as soon as you add a new document or save an email, it is stored multiple times on different hard drives and servers.

This means that if one hard drive or even a whole server fails, there are multiple copies in other servers and hard drives and your information is secure and still available to you.

In practice, if there's ever a failure, you won't notice a thing!

This is a big benefit of a cloud-based system where it's our responsibility to ensure your data is never lost.
