If Parish Online host our domain but not our website, how do we get our GOV.uk domain to show on our website?
Ask your current website provider to provide the DNS records they need to set it up. This is usually a combination of "A Records" and sometimes "CNAME Records".
Don't worry, you don't need any technical skill for this, just ask your current provider to "Provide me with DNS records for Parish Online to add".

When sending the DNS records to us, please copy them into the email rather than screenshot them. This means we can copy them, reducing the possibility of errors.
