Provide your External Mail DNS settings to Parish Online
Overview
If you're opting out of our own mail service and want to use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or any other mail system, you'll need to provide details of your email DNS settings to Parish Online. We'll then add those behind-the-scenes.
Get your Microsoft 365 DNS Records
To get your DNS records:
- Log into your Microsoft 365 Admin Portal (https://portal.office.com/adminportal)
- Go to "Setup"
- Click on "Get your custom domain set up"
- Click on "Manage"
- Select your domain name
- Click on "DNS Records"
- Click "Download CSV file"
- Send the CSV file to support@parish-online.co.uk

Can I edit the DNS myself?
No, this is strictly controlled by Parish Online for security reasons. If there are DNS records you'd like adding, for a mass mailing system for example, please send them in a support email and we'll review and add them.
