Overview

Parish Online manage your DNS for you. However, there will be times where you need extra DNS added, i.e. for making other services like Mass Mailing Software work.

Simply raise a support ticket or email us with the DNS records you need adding.

    • Can I edit the DNS myself?

      No, this is strictly controlled by Parish Online for security reasons. If there are DNS records you'd like adding, for a mass mailing system for example, please send them in a support email and we'll review and add them.
