Adding an Forthcoming Meeting
Overview
Adding meetings in this way will add future meeting to the Upcoming Meetings on the Homepage as well as in the Meetings pages.

Method
- Log into the Admin Panel
- Click on Meetings in the left-hand panel
- Click Add new Meeting
- Give the meeting a title, such as "Council Meeting - 6th January 2026"
- Use the drop-down date picker to select the date of the meeting.
- You can use this process for adding meetings from the past, or upcoming ones.
- In the Content section, you can either leave this blank if you're uploading or linking to documents, or for best accessibility, add the content in here.
- Scroll down to Documents where you can upload or link to documents

- To add a WorkDrive link, see this article: Share a Meeting folder on your website
- Choose one of the buttons to tell the site what type of meeting it is; e.g. a council meeting or a specific committee.
- Scroll back up to the top and click Publish
Top tip: Create all your future meeting pages for the whole year at once. You can add agendas and meetings later on. This saves you time later on. If dates change you can always change it in the Date section.
