Updating a Meeting listing with final minutes

  1. Go to Meetings
  2. Search in the list of meetings to find the one you want to edit
  3. Click the title or Edit hover text
  4. Click the Minus icon to the right of the draft minutes
  5. Click Add Row then search for or upload your new minutes
  6. Click Update
Note: your draft minutes will still be stored on the website in the Media section. If you want to delete it, go to the Media section, click the draft minutes then click Delete Permanently.
