Setting a homepage logo

Overview

As the Header image for your website changes size depending on the size of device someone is viewing it on, it's a bad place for a council logo. That's why we've added a dedicated spot for your logo below the header.

Limitations

This is a fixed area to the right of your introduction text so it cannot be moved. It's fixed in the right-hand portion of that block. It cannot:
  1. be moved to the left
  2. be placed in the coloured bar at the top (because logos look really bad on coloured backgrounds)
  3. be moved to the footer.
It can only live in the place highlighted below.


Setting your logo

  1. Log into the website Admin Panel
  2. Click on Home (you'll already be on it if you've just logged in)
  3. Scroll down to the Introduction Content section
  4. Click Add Image
  5.  
  6. Upload or select your logo
  7. Click Select
  8. Click Update in the top right of the Home page

Changing the logo

To change the logo;
  1. Hover over the existing logo and click the X button

  3. You'll now see the Add Image button again and you can follow the process in the previous section.
