What do you transfer over from our old website?

Overview

We provide a free, one-off, transfer of content from your old website to your new one with Parish Online.

We limit the content migration to the list below. For anything else you want transferred, we provide an easy-to-use Admin Panel to add additional meetings, pages and other content.

What we transfer

We transfer;
  1. Up to 3 years of Full Council meetings
  2. Up to 5 years of Annual Accounts
  3. Policies
  4. Up to 1 year of News archive

Limitations

It may not always be possible to transfer content over from your old site for reasons including;
  1. Website is inaccessible
  2. Website has unintuitive naming conventions on documents
  3. Website is prohibitively slow
  4. Website holds content that is not considered core to a local council website.
