Print out an email

Overview

To print a mail from the Zoho Mail, this is different on the desktop app and the mobile app.  Take a look at the relevant section below.

Method - Zoho Desktop App

1. Open the email.  Go to the drop down arrow on the right hand side of the amil and select "print" from the drop down menu.




2. In the dialogue box which opens, select the Print button in the top right corner.


3. Follow the instructions in the Print Dialogue box.

Method - Zoho Mobile App

1. Open the email.  Click on the upwards arrow on the bottom right hand side.




2. In the dialogue box which opens, select the Print button.


3. Follow the instructions in the Print Dialogue box - select the printer and then click print.
