Migrating emails away from our mail service

If you choose to leave our service then it's advised to take a copy of your email archive.

Our mail system can be connected to via IMAP, which is a common way for synchronising emails from one service to another.

You'll need to:
  1. Enable IMAP (Enabling IMAP)
  2. Set an App-Specific Password (Generating an App Password)
  3. And connect to imappro.zoho.eu using the port 993.
Your new supplier should have tools to help you with this.

Transfer times depend on how big your mailbox is, but this typically takes around 1hr (for a small mailbox of around 500MB) and over 10 hours for larger mailboxes.

Remember, if you have cloud storage, ensure you've downloaded those files as well.
