Copy a value from a feature's attributes

Overview

You can easily and quickly copy the contents of an attribute field from a layer using the copy--to-clipboard button.



Method

  1. Switch on the layer you're interested in in the Layer Control
  2. Single-click over a map feature (such as a point, line or polygon) from that layer
  3. In the left-hand panel you'll see all the attributes. Hover over the attribute title and a copy-to-clipboard icon will appear. Click this icon.
The contents of that attribute field is now saved to your clipboard.

Notes
Please note: if the attribute field is blank, the copy icon will not show
