Adding attachments to a feature
Overview
You can add attachments (documents, pictures etc) to a feature;
- when first creating the feature, and,
- going back to edit a feature.
This works on desktop, tablet and mobile.
- JPG / JPEG
- PNG
- CSV
- DOCX
- XLSX
- PDF
Method
When you're creating a new features or viewing the Info Click panel for an existing feature you'll have an Attachments section.
- Click Select Files
- Select a single or multiple files you wish to save as an attachment
- Click Open
The files will upload to Parish Online and be associated with that feature.
Viewing the attachments
In the Attachments section you can;
- Click on the Title to open the attachment in a new browser tab
- Click the green download icon to download the attachment to your device
- Click the red bin icon to delete the attachment
