Adding attachments to a feature

Overview

You can add attachments (documents, pictures etc) to a feature;
  1. when first creating the feature, and,
  2. going back to edit a feature.
This works on desktop, tablet and mobile.

Allowed File Formats

  1. JPG / JPEG
  2. PNG
  3. CSV
  4. DOCX
  5. XLSX
  6. PDF

Method

When you're creating a new features or viewing the Info Click panel for an existing feature you'll have an Attachments section.
  1. Click Select Files
  2. Select a single or multiple files you wish to save as an attachment
  3. Click Open
The files will upload to Parish Online and be associated with that feature.

Viewing the attachments

In the Attachments section you can;
  1. Click on the Title to open the attachment in a new browser tab
  2. Click the green download icon to download the attachment to your device
  3. Click the red bin icon to delete the attachment
