Will the content that you port over from the old website meet the accessibility criteria?

Any text that we bring across will meet the accessibility requirements.  The only "risk" is that the PDF documents which we transfer across may not meet the accessibility requirements.  These need to have been saved as PDF's not printed to PDF when they were created.

If you believe they have been printed to PDF, we'd recommend re-creating them from the original document and replacing them as you go.  However, to ensure transparency requirements are met from the outset, it's better to have the documents ported across and gradually update these and also enter the documents as text as well as attachments on the website.
