What are the green credentials of your service?

When we get asked this question, it's mostly relating to how our servers are powered, so we'll focus on that element in this answer.

However, there are other factors to consider when talking about how "green" our service is. In a nutshell;
  1. Our team reduce our travel as much as possible, and use EVs or public transport wherever possible.
  2. We reduce the amount of printed material we produce, and exclusively use 100% recycled paper products.
  3. You won't find plastic merchandise on our exhibition stands... sorry but not sorry!
  4. The code we write to make your website is as efficient as possible. By having efficient code, we reduce the amount of electricity needed to run the site.

Server Electricity Usage

We use an external supplier for the provision of our servers, meaning we can be very picky about which ones we use. The ones we have chosen use 100% green electricity from a 100% green supplier, with no carbon offsetting.

Server Efficiency

The servers we use have a PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) of 1.05.

Green Initiatives

Our provide has the following green schemes;
  1. Committing 1% of revenue to sustainability projects
  2. Tree planting initiatives
  3. Net Zero target
