Using the SEO Checker

Using the SEO Checker

Overview

When publishing a news article or page, the content is automatically assessed for how well it'll be read by search engines.

It's in your interest to make sure the content scores as highly as possible to ensure it reaches the largest audience.

Method

The right-hand panel will display a simple report:
  1. Unavailable. Usually means you haven't added enough content for it to analyse yet.
  2. Needs Improvement. Some substantial issues with the content.
  3. OK. Some issues, but mostly good.
Click on the 'SEO' link to go down to the detailed report. This will tell you where improvements can be made.
