Your website colour scheme is great for creating a recognisable online brand for your local council. You can set this colour in the Admin Panel of the website at any time.

Whilst you can change it however many times you like, we recommend keeping it as consistent as possible as it allows visitors to become accustomed and familiar to your colour scheme.

That said, it's great to have a bit of fun with it, especially when pairing it to an updated header image.

To change the colour of your website:

The picker will not allow you to select a colour which compromises the accessibility of your website. It will inform you whether your chosen colour meets the guidelines. If not, it will produce an error when attempting to save.
