Guidance

The most important piece of advice to avoid phishing scams or people pretending to be one of your staff or councillors is education. In your next council meeting make sure everyone is aware of the scamming technique. This will reduce the likelihood of someone getting scammed.


Setup

  1. Log into your Email Admin Panel (https://mailadmin.zoho.eu)
  2. Go to Security and Compliance
  3. Click on Display Name Verification
  4. Enter the email addresses and names you want to be protected
