Logging In

Overview

To access your Parish Online account you'll need to log in.

Login Page

To access the login page, go to www.parish-online.co.uk/login

Your Username

You can use either your email address or the username sent to you in your sign up email.

Your organisation name is a unique ID.
e.g. chris@24ub999

Your Password

Your password will have been created during the sign up process, or when you clicked an email asking to create or reset your password.
The requirements for your password strength are:
Must have:
  1. Minimum length of 10
  2. Contains an uppercase character
  3. Contains a lowercase character
  4. Contains a number
  5. Contains a special character

Common Issues

  1. Password mistyped. Make sure you have typed the password correctly. Remember that copying and pasting passwords can sometimes carry extra characters like spaces.
  2. Account has been deactivated. Check with your administrator or submit a support ticket to check.
