How do I stop emails going to the notification folder?
Zoho Mail uses Smart Filters to automatically move certain types of incoming messages into special folders like Notifications or Newsletter. If you want them to be delivered to your inbox instead, you need to change this in your mailbox settings:
Log in to your email
Go to Settings (⚙️ icon)
Select Filters
Find the Smart Filters section
Disable Smart Filters (toggle off)
This stops emails from being automatically classified into the Notifications folder.
