Giving a 3rd party organisation or individual access to Parish Online Mapping
To give 3rd party individuals or organisations access to your Parish Online Mapping account, you must have them sign a subcontractor agreement. This ensures they adhere to the licencing terms of the software and the licenced data held within it (such as the PSGA and APGB).
Please pass on this link for them to initiate a Subcontractor request:
If the licence is approved, you can add them as an additional user using this process:
Creating Users.

Subcontractor licences should only be given to organisations providing work on behalf of the council. Misuse may result in your account being deleted.
