Do I access my email admin panel through the website?
Think of your website as being your car and your email as being a trailer, which we have hooked together with the same numberplate(gov.uk domain). To access anything you've got in the car, you go into the car and likewise, anything that's in the trailer is accessed from the trailer. So, if you want to make changes to your email, you need to go to the email dashboard. See Log into your Email Admin Panel.
