Conversation View

Overview

You may want your emails to be grouped into conversations or you may prefer emails to appear in your mailbox as as separate items.

Method

  1. From you email, go to settings.
  2. Under mail settings menu, go down to conversation

  3. To enable this conversation view, check the box; to see the emails individually uncheck this box

  4.  You can then choose other settings within this dialogue box.
