Conversation View
Overview
You may want your emails to be grouped into conversations or you may prefer emails to appear in your mailbox as as separate items.
Method
- From you email, go to settings.
- Under mail settings menu, go down to conversation
- To enable this conversation view, check the box; to see the emails individually uncheck this box
- You can then choose other settings within this dialogue box.
