Conversation View

Overview

You may want your emails to be grouped into conversations or you may prefer emails to appear in your mailbox as as separate items.

Method - to enable conversation view

  1. From you email, go to settings.

  2. Under mail settings menu, go down to conversation

  3. To enable this conversation view, check the box; to see the emails individually uncheck this box

  4.  You can then choose other settings within this dialogue box.

Method - to disable conversation view

  1. From you email, go to settings.

  2. Under mail settings menu, go down to conversation

  3. To disable this conversation view and see the emails individually uncheck this box:

Method - to switch subject-based email grouping on or off

  1. From you email, go to settings.

  2. Under mail settings menu, go down to conversation

  3. Under the heading Subject-based email grouping check the box to group emails by subject or uncheck the box to see emails individually
