Can you transfer content from our existing Vision ICT, Eyelid or Hugo Fox website?
Yes, we have a lot of experience in transferring content from outgoing Vision ICT, Eyelid or Hugo Fox parish council websites. We have developed specific techniques so customers joining us from those suppliers will have their new website up-and-running quickly and comprehensively.
The key things to focus on when joining us from those providers is to make sure you get the following as soon as possible:
- Your domain transfer code (if you already have a GOV.UK domain)
- Your username and password list for your email addresses (ask them to set generic ones if you don't want to share passwords that you use elsewhere (not that you should be doing that!!)). This is so we can "suck up" the email archive into our new system.
- Clarity on when the contract end date is (to ensure you're not cut off prematurely).
