Can a councillor be the Super Admin instead of the clerk?
No. For all our customers, the clerk will be the Super Admin for the Email Admin Console, meaning they have overall control of the email system.
Other users can be set as Administrators but these are one step below the Super Admin, meaning they can't add other Admins, or control billing (which is managed by Parish Online anyway).
No external email addresses can be set as Administrators.
If there are actions that require Super Administrator access and the clerk is unable to do them, use Parish Online support.
