Backup Verification Codes
Overview
If you don't have a smartphone, you may want to use backup codes instead as your method of Two Factor Authentication. However, we'd recommend using Zoho OneAuth App if you do have a smartphone.
Method
- From your mailbox, go to your account by clicking on the person icon over on the top right:

- Select "Multi-Factor Authentication" from the menu:

- Under MFA Recovery Options, go to the section "Backup verification Codes" and click "Generate New Codes":
