Adjusting your Local Council name for billing

Overview

When you sign up to Parish Online your account name will simply have the name "Oakley" for example. This carries through to your billing information and your invoices.


Appending additional text to the end of your account name

To turn your "Oakley" name into "Oakley Parish Council" for example:

  1. Log into Parish Online
  2. Click the Cog in the top right
  3. Click Administration
  4. Click Billing
  5. In the top right of the screen click the pencil icon to edit your billing settings
  6. Add "Parish Council" or "Town Council" to the end of your account name, and adjust any other billing details you need to
  7. Click Save Changes
