Adding a new policy to a page

Adding a new policy to a page

Overview

When you adopt new policies you will want to add these to your website.  These will likely be on a page entitled policies or governance depending on how you've chosen to set this up.

Method

  1. Go to the page that you want to add your policy document to and under documents click "Add Row".

  2. In the box that appears click "Add File"

  3. This will open up the media file; if your document is already in the media file you can just select this, as highlighted in blue below and then click select at the bottom right of the window; otherwise you will need to select "Upload Files" and follow the instructions on screen and when you've uploaded the file you'll be taken back to the Select File screen where you'll need to click "Select" in the bottom right of the window.

  4. Finally, click "Publish" to save the changes you've made.
